Want to 10x Your Life in 2025? Here’s How I’d Do It.
If I Were Starting Over, Here’s Exactly What I’d Do
Have you ever looked at your life and thought, “I know I’m made for more”?
I have.
I’ve sat in the frustration of knowing I was spinning my wheels but not making the impact—or living the life—I wanted.
I’ve felt overwhelmed by all the decisions of what to do and stuck in my own self-imposed limits.
But every time I’ve hit a breaking point ( aka the breakdown that led to a breakthrough ), I’ve been reminded that growth isn’t magic—it’s intentional.
Growth is a choice.
Staying in the same place is a choice too.
If I wanted to 10x my life in 2025, here’s the exact roadmap I’d follow:
1. Take an Honest Audit
I’d start by asking tough questions ( the ones I have been avoiding ) about every area of my life—health, relationships, career, growth, even fun.
What’s working?
What’s not?
Where am I frustrated?
What’s blocking me from feeling the way I want to feel?
Awareness is step one. You can’t change what you won’t acknowledge.
2. Own It
Hard ( yet liberating ) truth: Sometimes we’re the ones standing in our own way.
I’d ask:
Where am I blaming others or external circumstances?
What excuses am I clinging to?
Freedom starts with radical responsibility.
3. Write the Vision
I’d get crystal clear on the future I want ( even if it feels unattainable right now ) :
Where do I want to be in 1 year?
What about 3 years?
And 5 years?
No fluff, just a detailed, honest vision of what my best life looks like.
And then, I’d write the anti-vision… what do I not want? What would happen if I was in the exact same place in one year as today, would I be ok with that? What about 5 years without change?
4. Align My Actions
Next, I’d take a hard look at my current commitments, projects, and relationships.
Anything out of sync with my future vision would go on a release plan.
The million dollar question I would ask is: Does this _________ help get me closer or further away from where I want to be?
I’d set “freedom dates” to start letting things go.
Clutter—emotional or physical—is the enemy of clarity.
5. Upgrade My Circle
The people around us either pull us up, push us forward or hold us back. I’d surround myself with ambitious, forward-thinking people—those who challenge me to grow.
"Show me your friends, and I'll show you your future."
– Dan Peña, The Trillion Dollar Man
6. Find a Guide
I’d look for someone who’s been where I want to go—a coach, mentor, or guide. Their experience saves time and keeps me from making avoidable mistakes.
If I couldn’t invest in coaching yet, I’d learn from books, podcasts, and mentors from afar.
7. Cut the Noise
Endless scrolling? Streaming? Negativity? Addictions? I’d eliminate time-sucking habits and enroll support from my community.
Time is the real currency of success, and I’d get very selective with how I spend or invest it.
8. Challenge My Beliefs
I’d audit my self-talk:
What stories am I telling myself?
Which beliefs are keeping me stuck?
If I keep listening to that, where will I get?
I’d work to strengthen the voice inside me ( you know the one ) so that it’s rooting for my success.
9. Define Success
I’d take a moment to get crystal clear on what success means to me—right now, in this chapter of my life. Not the version of me from 10 years ago, and definitely not someone else’s definition.
To me, success isn’t just about achievements. It’s about aligning my life with my values and creating space for peace, freedom, fulfillment, and satisfaction.
What really matters to you?
Is it ….
…presence?
…choice?
…relationships?
…freedom?
Once I’ve defined this, I’d use them as my compass for every decision I make.
10. Find Forgiveness
Here’s a game-changer: I’d write a list of every resentment—toward myself and others—and set them free. Literally. Burn the list.
Resentment ties us to the past.
Forgiveness is the liberation we need to step into our future.
Here’s the truth: Your next best year doesn’t start on January 1.
It starts the moment you choose yourself.
Today could be the day everything changes.
You’re worthy, capable and, I am rooting for you.
Until next week,
Mandy
